Haiti… Chronicle of the Bird-Women

A documentary by Michèle Lemoine that tells the story of these women, traders in both deed and spirit, on whom a large part of Haiti's informal economy depends. The film, shot in the early 2000s, follows them through cities, villages, and the countryside, offering a glimpse into a reality rarely seen on screen.
